3/4 cup plain Yogurt (I use Greek, but any would work. I have also made this vegan with a plain cashew milk yogurt)
1/3 cup raspberries
1/3 cup strawberries
1/3 cup homemade granola
Directions
Combine ingredients. Easy peasy. If you are planning to pack this parfait to-go, I suggest layering yogurt-berries-granola. The berries keep the granola from getting soggy.
This is my favorite combo. But of course you can do so many combinations of fruit and flavors. Also many variations of homemade granola. Easy to keep things interesting with this idea!
