Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of pecan pieces
  • 1/2 cup of pepitas (raw baby pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/4 cup of flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup of agave
  • 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1 cap full of orange oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Combine all dry ingredients and stir
  3. Melt the coconut oil and mix with the agave and orange oil, then add the wet ingredients to the dry
  4. Once the ingredients are combined, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press flat with a silicone spatula
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 22-24 minutes
  6. Let it cool in pan (it will continue to crisp up)
  7. Break apart and store in airtight container
