Homemade Granola
Ingredients
- 4 cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup of pepitas (raw baby pumpkin seeds)
- 1/4 cup of flax seeds
- 1/2 cup of agave
- 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1 cap full of orange oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Combine all dry ingredients and stir
- Melt the coconut oil and mix with the agave and orange oil, then add the wet ingredients to the dry
- Once the ingredients are combined, pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press flat with a silicone spatula
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 22-24 minutes
- Let it cool in pan (it will continue to crisp up)
- Break apart and store in airtight container
