Burrito Bowl Seasoned Rice
This lightly seasoned rice is super easy to make and really hard to mess up. Makes the perfect base for a burrito bowl or burrito or a side for many dishes. It’s also totally clean and vegan, so it’s suitable for most diets.
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir
- Close lid and set pressure cook for 22 minutes
- Allow 10 minutes before releasing pressure (or allow pressure to release naturally, depending on your time constraints)
- Fluff rice and serve
